Hi I'm planning my spring break trip and looking into going to Palma de Mallorca mid April. How is the weather there and what will the water temp. be like? Cala d'or is the destination. Also is the town going to be dead in April. Will we be able to find bars to go to at night? or at least within our resort (club marthas) |

Cala D'or is a super place - also in april.
The weather will probably be around 25 c. Perfect

Well this depends on your luck.April is one of those months which you cannot predict.Sometimes it'll rain for weeks,sometimes it'll be really warm and sunny the whole day long.Generally, tourist resorts are not really that filled in April but I doubt that its gonna be completely dead, just dont expect it to be really filled up.Ah ,and the water is freezing, unless you're used to cold water temperatures(even if its sunny, the water doesn't warm up until mid June). |

---yes there are plenty of bars to go to which some are open all year around!
The weather---
Hot...Between May and October it is virtually sunshine all the way with very little rain. In July and August it can be very humid and at night it is very sticky. If you come to Cala d'Or over the Winter months you will need to bring a jumper and/or coat for the evenings because it does go cooler but there will almost certainly be some stage each day when you can still enjoy the sun - |
