Malaga-Spain. holiday for wild 20 somethings?

Thinking of flying to Malaga during the summer for a holiday with my friends. We are 21/22 yr olds, wanting a mental holiday!!! nightclubs, water sports lots of activity!!! Any suggestions of where would be a good place to stay. a good town/city? is a wild place???

Torremolinos or Benalmadena, are close to the airport and are geared for younger people.. Malaga and surrounding areas are a bit quiet for what you will want.

Malaga is a bit more up market for a wild time - benidorm or teneriff is better for wild night life - Its the places I wouldn't go to because I am 50+ and want a quieter holiday - I liked Malaga.

If you are flying into Málaga, I would suggest Torremolinos or Benalmadena. Resorts such as Marbella or Puerto Banus are more upmarket and expensive-
I'm not sure I would agree entirely with Jane. Yes there are many retirees here, but there are youngsters as well. Most of the Brits that live here are just as brown as the locals. Some have families and all the kids are just like Spanish kids.
I would agree with one comment that Ibiza may be a better place. They are geared up for "mental" holidays.

Majorca Magaluff or Ibiza san antonio, perhaps. Malaga? You will be the only ones partying.

Get one of the young and lively brochures from your local first choice travel agent.

Quite simply the answer is forget Malaga and DO Benidorm. Ideal for a wild holiday and really compact for Beach, bars and discos. Plus and it is a big plus it is much cheaper. If you take an apartment it will only cost you from 7 to 10 euro per night each.

Loads of water sports, huge theme park, jeep safaris, water parks and massive summer discos in July and August.

Is is also a Stag and Hen resort so loads of groups out for FUN

Enjoy

I think you better go Ibiza, Malaga is not match with your needs.

ooo yer..... theres loads to do... stay in benalmadena or somewhere near. theres loads of clubs. theres the kiu which is a club with 3 huge rooms... then you have the port too.

you might actually be better to stay in Marbella or puerto banus. then you have the port to go out. theres Nicky Beach, and loads goin on all the time. also benalmadena is only about 20 minutes away in a taxi...

have fun!

estepona
Puerto Banus (Marbella) is nice for partying

Malaga is not a wild place. Puerto Banus near Malaga is. When I was last there, there were loads of kids partying on the beach, drinking, there was a dj down there.

Personally, I think the best party to be had in Europe is on Ios in the Greek Islands. I would suggest you go there for the best week of partying you will ever have :-)

In my opinion, Benidorm is one of the most boring places on earth if you are under 40 or dislike cabaret. Never again.

Malaga is a bit dull, Alicante is better.

I was under the impression that the average person in Málaga was British, pasty pale, overweight and over 60.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure your wild holiday won't be.
