You should be fine. I book people to Spain all the time and is ok as long as the passport is valid for the duration of your visit...check with consulate page www.conspalon.org/indexeng.html which confirms what I'm saying. Enjoy your holiday...adios! |

i live in mallorca and have been back and forth with a passport 6 month's out of date and only got told once at gatwick before they let me on the plane |

Nope, you should ring your nearest passport office.. here they don't let you travel on it 6 months before due date.. |

you officially need 6 months on it, but you could take the risk, or you can travel to certain destinations to get a passport in one day, but think it can cost up to £70, give passport office a ring . |

there's no way you can travel - it has to be valid for 6 months from the travel date. you won't be allowed to fly from the UK itself. you best use emergency passport renewal service, using which you can get your renewed passport within a day! get to your local post office ASAP |

You should be fine, they can't have any sensible problem with your passport if it only runs out some time after your return. It would be different if it ran out before or during your holiday. |

You may not be allowed out of the UK or into Majorca as the normal requirement is either 3, 6, or 12 months depending on where in the world you are going to.
Get a replacement asap. |

Spain is part of the Eu there should be no problem check with the Spanish embassy if you feel the need, I have just been to Kenya with only 3 months on my passport so there are a lot of people that don't know what they are talking about ( not let you out of England, rubbish) |

no it wont get it changed before you go as it has to be 5 weeks in date before and after your hols.if ur still un sure phone the passport office to check |
