Yes, your dad will pay for part of the call. If you are in the UK and he is in Spain with a UK mobile, he will pay for the call, but if he has a Spanish phone then you will pay for the call.

Because you both have UK registered mobile phones, both of you will be charged. Your Vodaphone call will be about 70p per minute and dad will have to pay an incoming roaming call charge of about 30p per minute.
