dunno but what the hell are you wanting to go there for? I went there for a holiday in 2001 and the place stunk of piss and spew so keep away from the beach prom area and other than that there really isnt much to do. its like blackpool in the sun if you ask me. Gran canaria is miles better less violence too.

I was there for 6 months. Try Los Christianos- it's right next to Las Americas and a lot cheaper. Try some of the bars the ex-pats hang out in for info on available places to rent, the Surrey Arms (opposite the Costomar Apartments) is a good place to start.
