A day out at Port Aventura theme park is a must!
I agreee Salou itself is not very attractive so get on a train and visit other places. Getting to Barcelona is quite easy too. |

Thats half the fun of it. Finding out and then coming back to tell us.
Just hang out on the beach and at the beach bar / restaurant.
It has a fab coastline there, go and see Pineda around the corner.

Goto Taragona and check out the Roman Ruins and the Bull Fighting, and then take a drive down to Vila Seca, they have some very nice restaurants.
Porto Adventura as someone mentioned is a cheap embarassment of a theme park.
I enjoyed Taragona. It was wonderful. They have an amazing garden with Roman Sculptures, and then you can go for a dip in the Mediterranean. |
