Please can someone translate to spanish?

We are travelling to Barcelona in June with my daughter who has a serve nut allergy. On reading some reviews of the hotel we are staying in we found that the staff do not speak very good english. As we are staying half board and will eat at the hotel please could any spanish speakers translate:

My daughter has a potentially fatal nut allergy. She is allergic to all nuts including:

peanut, hazelnut, almond, pistachio, brazilnut, macadamian, walnut, cashew, pecan and coconut and all nut products including nut oils.

Please could you advise me on which foods DO NOT contain nuts and nut products?.

Thank you much appreciated.

I'm Spanish. Here's your translation.

Mi hija tiene una alergia potencialmente mortal a los frutos secos. Es alérgica a todos los frutos secos, a saber:

Cacahuetes, avellanas, almendras, pistachos, nueces de Brasil, nueces de macadamia, anacardos, pacanas, coco y todos los productos con aceites a base de frutos secos.

Por favor, ¿podrían informarme sobre qué comidas NO contienen frutos sectos y productos a base de frutos secos?

The answer of anecdotique_76 is perfect. I am spanish too.

Nut is "fruto seco" in this text.
It is wrong translate nut=tuerca here

I lived in Spain for many years and I would say that to be really specific you need to use the word NUECES!!! Not really frutos secos because that encompasses dried fruits as well and definitely not tuercas - no one eats metal nuts/bolts!
You'll find the food will be cooked in sunflower or olive oil so that should be fine and then you just need to let people know wherever you go to eat. NUECES! Have a good time.

A word of warning. Many catalan sauces, including fish sauces, contain nuts as the thickening agent. For example, the sauce with Xato, Zarzuela, and cooked spinach will contain nuts. Almonds and pine nuts are popped into lots of dishes. Turron ice cream has nuts.

My advice is avoid all sauces unless you know otherwise.

Also note that the word 'nueces, only means wallnuts to some people. Although I have seen the usual 'may contain nuts warning use the word 'nueces'.

WARNING!!!!
TUERCA is nuts and bolts! Marian 13 is correct.

I suggest that you ask to be introduced personally to the Chef.
My experience with some people in Spanish hotels that they often think that allergies and vegeterians are just things of food fadists.

Don't forget the epipen!

Have a great holiday

Not dure of this one but if you go to torrevieja.co.uk there are people there who will be happy to help translate

The thing is has she been on a plane before?

It may depend on the severity of the allergy but i had heard someone mention in the past that they had to inform the air compant that their child hjad a nut allergy due to the food on the plane containing nut oils.

You can also try Babelfish Transalator by Altavista. Dunno the URL, but look it up on Google.
