San Sebastian....ahhh that brings back memories of my Jai Alai (pronounced Hi-Li) days. I'm not sure if you are familiar with the sport of Jai Alai, but it's the game of Spain (and my ex-fiance was a Jai Alai Player from San Sebastian, Spain). Basically the game is considered giant racketball.
If you go onto Yahoo or any other search engine (dogpile.com is a really good one as it encompassess Google, Yahoo, and several others together), type in that you would like the telephone directory for Spain (you can also put in San Sebastian, Spain). It should come up with a bit of searching. I did this when I wanted to get into contact with my ex in Spain and I had no trouble finding out the information.
