You want these in Catalán and not Castillian Spanish, right?

In Catalán the "c" before i and e is NOT pronounced like in Castillian Spanish (where the pronunciation is sort of like "th"). The "z" is not pronounced that way either. (In fact, I don't think "th" is a sound in Catalán at all, but I'm not certain.)

This is why the capitol of Catalunya is pronounced bar-sah-LO-na in Barcelona, and not bar-thay-LO-na as in Castillian. (The c is pronounced like "s" and the "e" is pronounced "ah" because it is in an unstressed syllable.)

This "s" sound is also heard wherever you see the letter "ç" in Catalán - it's pronounced the same as it is in French (like "s" in English).

So if you were looking for the above words with Catalán pronunciation, they would be....

sarsuela (not spelled with "z's" either) = sar-SWAY-lah
Cèsar = SAYS-are (as in English words "says" and "are")
liceu (note Catalán spelling) = lee-SAY-oo
tertulia = tar-TUH-lee-ah (unstressed "e" pronounced as "a")

By the way, when I reread my post to you yesterday, I realized I made a mistake in the stress on one of the words I wrote. I was writing too fast and made a mistake in where I put the capital letters to indicate stress. Here is the copy and paste of what I wrote:
However, in Catalán spoken in Valencia and that region, the "e" is always pronounced as it is in Spanish, so a native Catalán speaker from Valencia would pronounce it FEH-lee-oo.

The error is that it should have been "feh-LEE-oo" (Only the sound of the vowel "e" would be different from Barcelona, where it would be fah-LEE-oo, the stressed syllable would not change). I hope this did not create a problem for your work, but I'm pretty sure you were using the Barcelona pronunciation.

in catalunya we don't speak exactly as valencians do. it would be:

zarzuela (in catalan it's sarsuela): sar-sueh-la

Cesar: se-zar

Liceo - in fact, it's Liceu: Lee-cehw

tertulia (tair-TUH-lee-ah)

i hope you can understand it because i don't know how to write the pronunciation but i tried!jeje..
