España = Spain
Paella
Chorizo
Calamares (Fried Squid)
What i can think of from the top of my head
EDIT: Spanish tortilla is different from the common tortilla. Spanish tortilla is called "Tortilla de patatas" and it's basically fried potato slice egg omelette. |

Spain is Espana (with an accent over the n) and it's pronounced A-Spahn-yah. I know for a traditional supper they'd eat some kind of meat (fish, lamb, etc;) and arroz cubano (which is white rice with tomatoes and egg on top) and a salad of some sort. For dessert, flan is very common (basically a vanilla custard) and a glass of wine is served to everyone (even children...weird, right!) When I was over there, supper usually wasn't served till about 9 or 10 ish
Hope I helped!

All good answers above. Each region has it's own cuisine, and my favorite from Catalunya is a spring onion called calçot.
