Quick help in Spanish?

To say, "I run," I would say, "Yo corro." But how do I say, "I am running," ?

What about, "I will be running," as opposed to, "I will run," ?

Thank you.

yo estoy corriendo
and if your saying : i'm running
then it would be :estoy corriendo

SUE
Corro can be translated as "I am running", and is used much more than the simple present is in English.

To really get the currency of to be running, you use the "present progressive": estoy corriendo.

I will be running is the "future progressive" estaré corriendo (although, again, you can use the simple future in a lot of cases: correré - more literally translated I will run).
