Lily & Stu Too

Really silly question but.....?

Does anyone know if there is ANY way I can purchase online a fabric conditioner which is (as far as I know) only available in Spain? The one in question is Flor Sensitive, manufactured by Reckitt Benckiser.

I lived in Spain for a couple of years and absolutely loved this fabric softener and wish I could get it back in the UK. I used to shop at Carrefour, just outside Palma and have trawled the net trying to find a way of purchasing it online, but with no success!

Whilst in Calais recently, I even looked in the Carrefour there, but seems this Flor brand is indigenous to Spain!!

If anyone is willing to buy me a couple of gallons and ship it over, do let me know!

I thin they sell it in Mexico, too. And, as well, in Mexican shops in the US, not that that will help you much.

Try Corte Inglés:

They carry a little of everything.

Don't know if you can order from these websites, but this one has it.

Of course, with them, you buy by the case.

Okay, that's the best I'm coming up with out of my ordinary resources. I might check back later if I come up with anything else.

Your not alone, my wife and I returned to the UK after living in Tenerife and there are lots of things we could buy there that you just can't get in the UK, one thing that irritates me is that in Tenerife in a normal retail supermarkets we could buy large containers of household items like shower soap, washing liquid etc. here in the UK there's only small ones available which last no time.
I wish somebody would start a company like Ex-Pats Abroad who supply the Brits with there home comforts, they could call it "Ex-Pats Gone Home" and could supply us with the Spanish goods we've got use to and like.

I've been asked why I returned to the Uk.
It was a requirement for permenate use of a small piece of medical hardware which although not impossible to obtain under the Spanish health system the authoritities were making it ever increasingly difficult for me to get it to the point where the only sensible option was to sell up and return.

Message for Dennis - 1,

Being nosey like what I am!!

Why return to the UK when you miss so much about Tenerife and the lifestyle, this goes for anyone else who has gone back!! I would not go back to UK not even to collect any lottery winnings! not after being here in Spain for 26 years I certainly miss nothing about the UK..............thanks for your time!

Can't help you there but I too lived in Spain and there is so many things I'd love to get here. Luckily my parents still live there so I get my little parcels! I once used a company that did removals from Spain to bring me a few bits over when they had some room. They just picked it up from my parents and didn't charge much either. That's all I can think of.
