Yes.
Like almost all Navi systems on the market. You put the included software on your computer, hook to the navi and reboot. It will ask what language and you pick one of the 36 offered.
The instruction booklet also is in like 6 of the major languages to get you started.
Love my Navi!!!!

I just went on their website to see if they can help. Ummm, not very good translation.
First went onto Spanish site: ww.tomtom.es It states that tomtom speaks 36 languages so I guess you can change the language but it wasn't clear. When I didn't find out much, l reverted to www.tomtom.com and read it in English too. Then again in Spanish on the UK site which said type something to be translated and see how good it is!! Well I wrote: "can you translate this" which when spoken back to me was a very poor translation in English. So if I were you I'd buy one in the UK if you want to understand it and don't want to get lost.
