If you would like southern Spain, check out the following hotel chain:

http://www.playasenator.com/index.php

They have hotels all along the spanish coast from Almeria in the east (Mediterranean sea) to Huelva in the west (Atlantic ocean).
The chain has offers of all inclusive, and each hotel has a good play area for children, with supervision at all times...
My husband works in one of their hotels in Malaga province, and we have stayed at several others. Most of the hotels are 4 star. Some have spas.

Costa del Sol,
Benalmadena,
Holiday Village All inclusive holidays,

This complex is 4 stars built over the past few years, its huge, has everything you can think of....................Over looking the sea, easy accesss to all areas of the costa.

The best one we have found was in Ibiza, there is a chain called Feista Hotels, good food, childrens clubs etc etc, good locations and because there was I think 6 other on the Island you could take your meals in other hotels as part of your inclusive package. From memory all 4 star

I second what Karen says......... however speaking on 'personal preference' as a kid i would recommend to you Estival Park in La Pineda, Salou.

Its 5 minutes walk from Aquopolis Waterpark, beach, sea front shops and restaurants. Estival Park is a complex with 4 main hotels and lots of apartments, tennis courts, gym etc around it. Very good.

But ive also stayed at the H10 and both are ideal, have a great time if you choose Salou!
