Spain bullfights? |
Does anyone know if there are any bullfights scheduled in Madrid between the 16th and 19th of July? Or Barcleona between the 19th and the 22nd July? |

There are no bull fights in Barcelona. It is not part of Catalan culture. Try Tarragona.
The bull ring in Madrid is called Las Ventas.
Have a look at www.lasventas.com for dates, booking and eveything.
Please think carefully. Do you really want to witness ritual slaughter?
I do not like paying good money for a bull fight only to have to put up with the spectacle of fainting, vomiting tourists spoiling my view.

Bullfights are on Sundays, so there should be one in Barcelona on 7/22. 2007 is the last year they will have bullfighting in Barcelona -- it's not really very poplular with the locals, mostly tourists go. Madrid is a much better place to see a bullfight because the crowd is half the show, too bad you won't be there on 7/22. |
