There are a couple of companies who specialise in holidays for the disabled.

The Palmeras in Fuengirola should be ok as it's on the flat but The Cervantes in Torremolinos is on a hill. I have to say that I quite like reccommending The Melia Costa Del Sol as it's on the promenade and ideal for taking the wheelchair out.
They have rooms with a specially adapted wheelchair shower and they will hire out any equipment (lifting hoists if needs be etc)

If you still can't find anything, Thomson Holidays have a special "Topical access for the disabled" feature in all high street travel agents which sell their holidays. There is a list of accomodation they reccomend as being suitable for the less mobile.
You can always ask to have an agent check it out for you.

the torremolinos beach club is good, Principe sol,in torremolinos, the gardenia park in feungirola, avoid the corjhitto blanca de alcantara , near peurto banus, its on the side of a motorway with no pavement, please excuse the spelling.
