The age for drinking and smoking in Spain is 18 as in the whole of Europe, I doubt you'll get away with it at 15. |

The drinking age is 18, just like the rest of the European Union.
And, no, I don't think you will get served at 15, and why would you want to break the law in a foreign country? Doesn't the idea of going to jail where you don't speak the language cause you just a little concern?
(Okay, maybe not jail, but still, court) |
