i live in alicante and my pool is currently 27deg c
but i was in the sea at La Marina (Alicante) today and it felt warmer, so i would say it is 28 plus,very nice.

Warm enough to swim in not to worry. The med is the only large body of water that changes temperature by almost 20 degrees. It's like soup in the summer months.
