Generally it's fairly warm and most times a jumper will do, but it depends what's blowing in. I would take a jacket of some kind. If you don't use it there, just keep it for your return journey to the UK. Have a great hol! |

You lucky person, Tenerife is great all year round, nope yu wont need a coat thats for certain, normal clothes at the most during the evening. Its very warm in April and most fo the year, dont forget to pack you sun cream its really strong over there.
On second thoughy ou may need your coat when you get back to the UK lol |

i was in lanzarote in April last year all you will need is a cardigan or a light jumper you definitely wont need a coat. weather was beautiful during the day but there is a breeze at night, you wouldn't even call it a cold breeze but you would need your shoulders covered |

In April it can still be cooler at night so take a light cardi/jacket etc... Also if it's cloudy in the day it can be cool so take something that's suitable for daytime too, just incase.
I used to live in Lanzarote. |

Should be ok at night but I would take a light jumper, depending on where you are staying as there can be some cold winds in April during the evening.
During the day should be very hot so no worries there. |

I live in Malta, similar climate and it can still be a bit cooler at night time, bring a few warmer things just in case. |

when i went there it was the first 2 weeks in march..... although it was very sunny (and i got one helluva tan) it was very windy......
so i would imagine that in April, it would still be quite chilly fue to the winds - Especially in the evenings.
Personally, I wouldnt take a coat, but just a jumper or two.
Hope you have a great time!! |

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, basking in year-round warmth off the African coast. See http://www.spain4uk.co.uk/balearic_canary/tenerife.htm for more details |
