I have been to loro parque, Masca, Top of Teide with permit, Gigantes....I wan't something a bit out of the ordinary to see / do. Any suggestions? |

Eat lunch in a restaurant named El Jable in a town called San Isidro (between El Medano and Granadilla de Abona). Drive up the main street of San Isidro, when you're just about to run out of town, you'll see the Ibiza Bar on your right. Turn right there. About half a block down the street Ă³n the left you'll see some big wooden doors. That is the restaurant. Fairly easy to park. Order a "media tabla" as an appetizer (for 2 people). Anything there will be great. I wish I could go with you! |

There are many diving sites in quite shallow water in Tenerife.Do a PADI Diving Course I believe some of the underwater sites are fantastic.You will find PADI Schools In Los Abrigos and Las Gallitas in the South.Or you can have a fantastic round of golf on the Golf Del Sur or Amarilla Golf |

Visit the Basilica of Candelaria and its plaza in the town of Candelaria, which is about 20 minutes drive from Santa cruz. There's also a bunch of little shops with interesting merchandise. The Basilica is located right next to the ocean and black sand beaches. There are statues of Guanches (original Canarians). A lot of great photo opportunities.
Visit Playa de Teresitas, near santa cruz. Used to be the worlds largest man made beach, as all the sand was imported from the Sahara. Also there is a graveyard which appears on the cover of U2's album Joshua Tree.

have you done the dolphin watch and bottle nose whales.?
actually we did the cheaper trip from los chritianos and it was better than the freebird cat from puerto colon.
there is also a camel park a bit uncomftable but good for kids and makes a morning or afternoon, theres the aqua park in las americas too have a nice time |
