If you are taking a train then you can get a taxi from the airport to Reus Train station .The distance between Reus airport and Reus train station is approximately 10 km by road.
The journey by taxi from Reus airport to Reus train station takes approximately 30 - 35 minutes depending on the traffic around the town centre.

The bus to Salou rail station and train to Barcelona,as an alternative there is a direct bus from the airport to Barcelona and times could work out about the same as the bus covers La Pineda and Cambrils with stops at any number of hotels, quite often the twenty minute journey into Salou can take over an hour.

There's a lot of busses to Barcelona from Reus so you shouldn't have a problem.

i'm landing in reus in november and have been reading up on getting the bus. it picks you up outside arrivals and drops you right in city centre. ok its an hour and a half, but think of the scenery.
