"purpÃºreo" in Spanish is an adjective which comes from the noun "pÃºrpura"; "pÃºrpura" in English is "purple" and the adjective is purplish.

It means a purplish-reddish color. The term is found in Chemistry lingo as well.

I looked it up. It means purpureo. Maybe wrong spelling?
