Hello,, i am planning a trip to barcelona, spain in a few weeks. I am currently on unconditional bail, after pleading guilty for the offence of affray and am likely to recieve a community order or fine when sentenced later on this year. Will this cause any problems when entering Spain, do i need to do anything before I go? or will I be ok just travelling with a normal visa/passport as i currently do not have a criminal record. thanks very much Additional Details sorry i forgot to mention, I am travelling from England,, not the US!!
i'd check your bail conditions, and let the court know the dates of your holiday
if you haven't been told there's a problem, hopefully there won't be, but it's best to check (so if they call you up and you're away, you don't get done for doing a runner!)

If you were from the US, It would be completely illegal!!!
You tipped most of us to the fact that you were British with your language (whilst...NO ONE in the US uses that form!)
And, so, being American, I can't help you with British law. Your best bet is to speak to your lawyer/barrister/solicitor/whatever it is...:)
