Tv channels in fuengirola?

hii know this might sound sad but the wife and i like to have the tv channels and maybe a movie channel when we go away.we are not big drinkers so after a hard days sunbathing/siteseeing we like to chill out in front of the box.we were thinking of the costs del sol area for our next jaunt so any info on the resorts/hotels/pubs would be most appreciated. we took a small dvd and a scart lead with us to rhodes and it worked fine.though we could not find any lucky lucky men to sell us any copies lol.thanks for any info.

Most hotel have British TV in their lounges, certainly in the rooms, just about any bar/rest. has a TV with SKY, I am not sure what you want really, I live here, you can rent DVD's in just about any language here on the costa.
BUT watch out for the guys selling cheap stuff, my hubby bought me a copy of a Julio Iglesias CD, it didn't work, in fact I think it was just a blank disc he had paid for, best leave them alone, they might also damage your players!
You don't have to be a boozer to watch any programmes in the bars here..............................

I would recommend you rent a villa or apartment, privately, there are many sights just google. Foriegnb sounded interesting and Benalmadena is a very nice area. Puerta Marina is very nice.
The tube service goes from Malaga airport right along the Costa's to Fuengirola if you don't hire a car while away.

In most hotels in the south of Spain you can watch channels from all over the world and they offer you a service of film renting, so I think you will enjoy your TV evenings even without your DVD player.
Ask the hotel where you intend to go to if they provide that service.

most British pubs have digital, emmerdale, eastenders etc but if there is TV in the room you only get news and football unless you pay per view- its about 1euro per hour.

Snot Me
Fuengirola is well known for lucky lucky men selling anything from drugs to pirate copied films.
most hotels have british television if not you can learn the lingo by watching Spanish films with subtitles.
Also there are video clubs opening up around the town all over the place

Radiator
There are English language films with Spanish subtitles, Take your player you will find looky looky men on the market etc.
