Hola Mimosa....
I live in Málaga... (Mijas-Costa near Marbella)... This is a great place to live and spend holidays, but if you only have two days...Definitely spend them in Granada... The Alhambra can take up most of a day in itself, between the buildings and the Generalife gardens. And a second day can be spent viewing the rest of the city. (If you choose Granada get your tickets to the Alhambra via internet beforehand, the visits have been limited).

You can do Granada comfortably in two days, and you will be absolutely charmed by it! I was. I've been there three times. It's gorgeous!

I'm afraid I wouldn't go to Málaga if I were paid to. I would probably take the money and lie and go to Cádiz and west.(Costa de la Luz)

Well, Majorca is closer to Barcelona, and really worths a visit, but I think that Granada is the most beautiful of the three cities you've said, but I repeat that Palma is very beautiful and Malaga I think so.

Granada by a long way. Granada is a wondrous city on the edge of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is an incedibly beautiful area. Málaga has it's good points as does Palma, but neither compare to Granada.
Bear in mind that in winter it can get very cold in Granada as opposed to Málaga which will be more clement. In summer though Granada can be extremely hot, whereas Málaga will be more pleasant.

2. Granada. It's an incredibly beautiful city, totally different to Barcelona, with excellent nightlife. If you go, make sure you book in advance for tickets to the Alhambra.

In my opinion, Palma and Malaga are full of british tourists, but if you don't mind that...
