Is my favorite place in the world. In Barcelona I have the most happy and fun summer of my life. It was on 1986 and we stay for two months. Later I went in my honeymoon, and last December I went with my kids, we stay 10 days and it was not sufficient. Is still the best place to be.
But, I'm partial for Barcelona because my mother was born there. We go the summers to visit my family since I was 2 years old. My best memories are from Barcelona.
I also like New York City a lot, and we go more often since is near. |

I've been to both NYC and Barca, IMO Amsterdam is the greatest city I've ever been to. As for a reason...go there and discover what it has to offer for yourself. And, I'm sure you're current perception of "Amsterdam" will not be the one you leave with... |

I haven't been to Barcelona but my sons went there on a school trip and thought it was really amazing. My younger son went back there when he had a choice of going anywhere in france or Spain, and just stayed there. He says if he had a real choice he would live there. |

AMSTERDAM IS MY FAVE PLACE..THE PEOPLE ALL SPEAK ENGLISH AND ARE SO LAID BACK THAT THEY ARE FALLING OVER...PLUS ADD THE FACT THAT U DONT GET MANY CARS AND THE WOMEN ARE GORGEOUS AND U WILL GET THE PICTURE.. |

This is so unfair my friends and i booked a holiday to Barcelona a couple on months back and they've now decided they either can't afford it or they aren't going because of work and stuff. boo hoo :-( |
