I was at Funny Beach last weekend (good place for jetskis and parasailing!) and there were kids who couldn't have been more than 14 drinking there. Whether they brought it with them, or had someone buy it for them, I dunno.
San Miguel is the local beer, and it's not that bad as long as it's super frio! |

Strange law but on Wiki it states you can drink alchohol at 16 but must be 18 to buy it.
