What's the weather like in Spain in June? |
Hi all.
I'm going to Costa Brava in middle of June and wondered if anyone had been at this sort of time and what the weather was like?

Lived there last year. June is still a bearable month - perhaps low 30's centigrade during the day. August thru Sept becomes difficult with 40 plus centigrade.
Having said all the above, in June the Med Sea is still cool - heats up so acceptable warmth in Sept. So it's kinda freekish to take a plunge when water is between 9 and 11 centigrade at the time you are going.
Enjoy Costa Brava and the topless scenery - widespread, 'firm mountains and valleys' to look at. |

My brother lives costa brava, compared to the uk its nice all year. Summer is very hot, june will be really nice, low to mid 30's |

It can be hot, but it can also be chilly. I went there in June a few years ago & the weather was very changeable, one minute we were on the beach sunbathing & the next minute rain clouds would come over & it would pour down & feel quite cold! It is probably best to take summery clothes, but make sure you have some warmer clothing with you just incase. I hope you'll have a great time! |

What did you expect -snow, I despair at the quality of questions asked. Look people go to Spain for their holidays in June because they know its going to be hot - didn't you look at the brochure before booking? |
