Barcelona this year was around 13-14 ºC, but it has been unusually hot. I live here and usually it even snows a couple of days, so the normal temperature would be around 5ºC. But then, there IS a permanent climatic change...Costa del Sol is hotter, around 15 or 16 ºC, I would say, at least this year.
