Delta have just started flying direct flights to Málaga from New York JFK, but to get to Cadiz you would need then to get a coach to Cadiz. You could get a train to Sevilla and bus from there. Another way to do it is to fly to Madrid or Barcelona and get a connecting flight to Jerez de la Frontera. Jerez is close to the city of Cadiz which can be reached by bus or taxi. Jerez airport is sometimes known as Cadiz / Jerez Airport.

The closest airport to Cadiz is the one in Jerez de la Frontera...
Your least expensive flight would be Ryan Air London...See if you can get a cheap flight N.Y. - London (Stansted Airport) and catch it there: London - Jerez de la Frontera.
You can go from Jerez to Cadiz in a taxi or a local coach.
It's obly about 40 kms.

Sorry there is NO airport in Cadiz, you will have to connect........Madrid/Malaga, OR Madrid/Seville OR, Barcelona/Malaga...........I would suggest JFK/Madrid/Malaga would be the best solution.
OR - I have a relative who works for Continental Airlines out of New Jersey, you might try NJ/Madrid/Malaga???
Hope this helps!

Sweetie, you can't fly to Cádiz. There's no airport there.
You can fly to Málaga, or to Sevilla by way of Madrid or Barcelona, and take a train. But you can't fly to someplace that has no airport.
Conoco told me that there IS an airport (regional only) in Jerez/Cadiz (code xry) that gets flights from Madrid. This is what Orbitz turned up:
