Wow. Great question. IDK.
Oh yeah...that's right. France does. Samantha Brown on the Travel Channel did a show on young bull-fighters. My bad!! |

Mexico has bull fighting but I believe it is slightly different from Spain. But as Spain ruled most of central America at one point it obviously came from there first. |

Yes, Portugal and France have bullfighting, and Mexico, and I´m not positive about the other Spanish-language countries.
But Spain is the only place where they actually kill the bull. And it CAN be pretty bloody. |

When I've seen it in Portugal in the 1980's people didn't kill the bull. They just performed some death defying feats. I understand that killing the bulls has recently become legal again. |

There are bull fights in the South of France.
There are regular events in Arles, for example.
Apart from that, Arles is a lovely place to visit. |

France, Mexico, and Portugal
I don't know about France and Mexico, but I do know that in Portugal they do not kill any bulls. I'm pretty sure Spain is the only place they kill them, though.
I went to one in Spain; I didn't like it. |
