Interesting things about Spain, there are lots!! I give you some tips but you better search for more info
- Food, we have a very big gastronomy culture
- Famous Feasts:
July 7 - San Fermin in Pamplona, it is well known because is the feast when the people use to run in front of the bulls
March - Las Fallas in Valencia
Easter Week - Semana Santa, as we are mainly Catholic we have a very big tradition for Easter, during this week you can find processions all aver Spain, the most famous are the ones in Andalucia
Semana de Abril, in Sevilla, after easter week they have de party week
Bull Fighting, even though there are people against it, Spain is also known for its bullfighting
- Architecture
Gothic and Romanic churches all over Spain
In Andalucia there are famous Muslim´s buildings
- The Way to Saint James, one of important Christian pilgrimages

The beaches (they are better than Englands)

Actually, just in point of fact, the rain in spain stays mainly in the MOUNTAINS.
Try searching the internet for sites about Spain...YOU have to find the information. Personally, I couldn't give you anything, cause I simply don't NEED any reasons. Love the country, art, people, culture, customs, food, climate, architecture, handcrafts. Hey. Search those. |
