Check to see if there is any water parks or theme parks around. Maybe go on safari rides or tours? If your staying in Apartments/Hotel theyre may be a rep to help out or ask at the reception desk as they can book them for you.

If you're going to Madrid, I suggest that you visit the Royal Palace and if you're into shopping, there are so many stores! Toledo is also a great city. The cathedral there is breath taking, even if you're not catholic. Also, if you go to Toledo, make sure you get to go high in the mountains so you can have a great view of the entire city. I think that the Guggenheim museum is the best in Spain. It is located in Bilbao which is a pretty city as well. I also recommend going to the beach in San Sebastion. There are other great places to go in Spain, but these are some of my favorites!
