No seafood and meat means a fairly limited menu. Spanish food, like most European cuisine, is heavy on the meat side. Spaniards love their specially made jamon (hams) and various grilled fish/squid/prawn (whatever's in season) are equally beloved.
But there are some veggie hightlights. Potato casserole with red sauce and mayo. And for breakfast, churros and chocolate are wonderful.
