Mar Bella on the North-East end of Barcelona is the "official" nude beach of the city. The age and orientation of the beach goers changes by the time of day and day of week. I saw everything from old people, gay people, single and friend groups, and to whole families out there. If you stay the course of a day you'll see all four groups between morning and late afternoon.

All the beaches are topless to start with but don't staere they'll know you're a turist they are far more open minded than Americans and they don't like drulling turist.

Check the legal situation in Spain, as Ive read all beaches allow full nudity. However you might not feel comftable on all.

There is a fully nude beach in Barcelona and it is Mar Bella Beach, Barcelona. It is on the main sea front on the left side looking towards the ocean.
From what I am told, it is mostly middle aged people but relaxed for all.

You can take the boat down the coast - to Sta Christina- THERE are nude beachs of all kind-!

It didn't seem like the beaches in the city of Barcelona (can't speak for the province) were nude. They were family oriented and they were topless, but not fully nude.
