ok so i went to spain jsut last year and i hope you have fun!
i am pretty sure you can bring oreos with you but not like meat or dairy or stuff like that cause it like carries disease. about water, you can not bring liquids bigger than 3 fluid oz. but u can buy stuff to drink after u and you baggage is checked. hope you have a great time!

You will be able to bring just about anything you want with you! Food restrictions are not nearly as tough as generally believed. Items you cannot bring are primarily agricultural: fruits, vegetables, meats, fresh dairy, fish. Any canned goods or non-perishables are allowed, as are items such as packaged cookies, potato chips, and candy.

They have those things in Spain, and waaaaay better snacks.

Use your luggage for important things, like clothing, and toiletries (which you can also get in Spain...it's an industrialized country, you know) and medicines, if necessary.

If all you want to know is what you can carry on to consume on the plane, that has nothing to do with Spain, and everything to do with the airlines. And it could change between now and a year from now. And, if THAT is the most important consideration regarding a trip...wow!

You can't carry liquids through custom control but you can bring food. We do have oreos here in Spain you know and why not try some local cookies instead.
