I would suggest Seabourn or SilverSea. Most travel magazines in their "Best of" editions will agree.

Here is a link that should help you. It talks about different kinds of Cruise Lines:

Saint Knick
Princess cruise lines.

A lot depends on the make-up of your party (i.e. do you have children, what is your age?) and where you want to travel, but here is a general answer:

I can compare two cruise lines for you:
Disney (which we've sailed 47 times)
RCCL (which we've sailed 4 times)

Disney is excellent for families with children because of their activities. It's also great for adults traveling without kids because there are adults-only areas (clubs, pool, beach, spa), which are lacking on RCCL. But Disney's itineraries are more limited that RCCL's, as they only have two ships.

RCCL is geared towards families now, with ships that feature ice skating, roller blading, rock climbing walls, and mini-golf. But beware of their older ships, which do not have these features.

Both RCCL and Disney have nice private islands, although Disney's is superior.

If you have a baby, NCL is one of the few (possibly only) cruise lines to offer free care for non-potty-trained children. The others typically charge extra for that.

For much more information on Disney Cruise Line, visit my website at www.castawayclub.com. It has activitiy lists, menus, etc.
