I have just been on th BA website and they don't list food as a prohibited or banned item. I know that my sister travels regularly to Alicante to see friends and they ask her to take British food across. She phoned the airline to confirm and I know that on a regular basis she has taken Asda curry's, party snacks( scotch eggs etc) My advice is to phone the airline and enjoy your trip.

Hi that was the sort off question i was going to ask soon as we are off to majorca nxt wk,i know you cant take any thing like which is not solid so rolls,crisps,choc i reckon will be ok .Im going to phone Gatwick airport up nxt wk and ask them dont listen to the idiots on here,or look at this website its really helpful TSA.Com it has every thing on there and you can also email them but it does take a few days before they get bck to you.If you know any more then me let me know thanks.
