It's just called chocolate which is the same in Spanish , just pronounced slightly different. Choco-LA-teh. And the long things they dip in it are called churros. I like them a lot but they have a MILLION calories. so it has to be a special treat . lol

It's called chocolate...pronounced in Spanish, of course, and is traditionally served with churros, which I'm sure is what you are referring to.
And where is Moron? If it is out of Spain, then the only places you can usually get it is in Spanish restaurants, or if you make it yourself. Or if you know someone who knows how to make it.
