What is a famous restaurant in Spain?

I'm traveling around Spain, and I'm wondering if there are any excellent restaurants in some major cities (Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, etc.). Will you provide me with the name and possibly address and telephone number?

4 chats in Barcelona. Picasso used to hang out there...never found it. Somehow, in ten days in the city, we ran out of time!

Also, we loved the churros and chocolate at a little café on the Ramblas...Café de la Opera...it's...well...across from the Opera!

Madrid: Casa BotĂn below the Plaza Mayor on the downhill side...I think it's c/Toledo.

In Puerta del Sol there's a really good pastelerĂa called La Mallorquina.

And I have some friends who own a place in the Plaza de la Puerta Cerrada...not far from P. Mayor...it's called el Rey del Pimiento...TOTALLY local!

Don't know Valencia at all, but if you're interested in Sevilla, email me.

We have many Michelin Star restaurants, one such is elBulli in the Costa Brava.

But many of the most famous Chefs are Basque such as Arzak and his restaurant called Arzak in Donostia.

if you look here, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Restaurant_(magazine)_Top_50 you'll see some of the World's best restaurants are in Spain

The Hard Rock Cafe in Madrid was my favorite. They were friendly and they were very fluent in English, i found myself flattered with the friendliness of the waitresses. You should check it out, you wont be disappointed!
