I would say their beaches and gastronomy, and also the historical towns of Cordoba ( was the capitol of Spain when the muslims inhabited here and has a lot of arabic architecture, like its famous Mosque which is considered World Heritage by UNESCO ), and Granada (which has also a lot os arabic architecture like The Alhambra Palace, World Heritage by UNESCO ).
The city of Sevilla, the capitol, is famous for its Holly Week processions, the April Festival and bullfighting, and has some monuments.

Seville, with the Cathedral, la Giralda...
Cordoba, with the mosque..
Granada, with La Alhambra, the Cathedral..

These are tho most tourist attraction in Andalucia

There are just too many to list. Spain itself has so many historic sites which attract tourists, and Andalucia in particular has an abundance. The cities themselves are tourist attractions.

Google Granada, Cadiz, Cordoba, Seville, Ronda, and Malaga for more information about each city and the main tourist attractions within each one.

Again, do a search. For this information, the Spanish National Tourism site is probably best...http://www.sispain.com/

Oh, wait. This is the official government offices page.
