Nowdays Spain is one of the countries with the lowest bith rate in the world, so a typical family would a father, a mother and a child.

Jobs: like in any other European country. There are people who are company managers, accountans, lawyers, soccer players, workers at a factory, teachers and a thousand more professions.

We live in houses, normally apartment. Most people buy with a mortgage and few people rent.

Traditions: it depends on the region, but I know most people will tell you about flamenco dancing (which is only from the South) and bullfight (which interests only 28% of the population).

Lived in spain for over 10 years and its a completely different culture to ours...
Jobs: Travel/Tourism is a big industry in spain - you will find that many family members will work in hotels, bars, restaurants etc if they are living near tourist areas. Work will begin early as they have there siesta at 1pm... work will start again at 4pm (so the spanish tend to have evening dinner late).
Live: Many spanish will live in towns/villages outside of the big tourist areas and will drive or bus in.
Traditions: Late evening dinners. Sunday is a family day (all get together and have bbqs etc). Fiesta's throughout the year (you will find info on the yearly fiesta's online). & Carnival!!! February each year - a big street party in every town and city involving live music, food, dancing and fancy dress!.

Few things to start you off :0)
