You can say "Te quiero" or "Te amo"
"Te" means "you"
"quiero" means "I want" but not in the inviting way like it would in english--te quiero just means I love you.
"amo" means "I love"
I don't know how to say the rest, but I know that "besame" means "kiss me" and I know that "relaciones" is an idiom for sex.
Make sure you don't screw up the pronunciation because that will kill the mood for sure.
