You mean like the Guggenheim? That's pretty much the only thing I want to see there. And at that, I'm not sure I even need to go inside. I only want to see the architecture!
I think the main street along the river is supposed to be very pretty, as well. But aside from the 18th century luxury places that royalty used to stay, just being in Spain is the attraction.

The Guggenheim is definitely worth visiting, but beyond that, I wasn't that impressed with Bilbao. There's a Calatrava bridge and an old town that's decent but nothing you won't see elsewhere. You can see the Guggenheim and then move on to San Sebastian or Santander.
