What is the best place to get the hotel in Valencia.? |
we are going in october, there is going to be a bunch of us. we already got the plane ticket. we need to reserve a hotel. Any advise is accepted. i don't know anything about Valencia. we would like this trip to be pretty cheap too.

Here is a great link to budget accomodation. I think the best place to stay in Valencia is near the Mercado Central. It's close to all of the things you would want to see, all the nightlife, restaurants and bars in El Carmen.

If there are a lot of you, considering renting an apartment as this will be cheaper. Try these flats, they are in a good location right in the middle of the nightlife - so maybe a bit noisy at night

When you are in Valencia, make sure you go to Canovas, as it's cheaper for drinks and open much later at night.

When I visited I stayed at the hotel Europa. It's a great budget hotel, simple but with A/C, tiny balconies, and large quads. Not a lot of frills, but cheap and clean and located near the train station and the old city.
Definitely stay somewhere in the old city. It's much more charming and near most of the sites.
