I'd recommend the Hostal Roca in San Antonio - it's right in the middle of all the action & you won't get any cheaper (from 14 euros per day)!

you can find Hostels for 15+euros per night, and they're all over the island. I don't think you can book though, i think you just turn up.
check out the diario de ibiza (ibiza newspaper) there is a website and look for habitacions (rooms) in the inmobiliaria alquiler section (real estate rentals). where would you like to be? check out www.ibiza-summer.com and email your requirments and your budget, and they might be able to find you something.
