What is the weather like near Barcelona in September?

We are going to Spain in the middle of Sep., is around Barcelona worth going in terms of weather (rains, temperature, sea temperature..). We will be spending most of the time on the beach, so iweather is important.

Thanks in advance!

I live in Barcelona and September is a great time to come here. There are not so many tourists and the weather is still great, in fact it's usually great until mid Oct or last year even November.
Bring the same things you'd bring if you came in July or August; short sleeves and things. There are sometimes thunder storms so I'd but you can always get a cheap umbrella here (as not to fill your case with 'just in cases') The temperature is in the 20's still although it starts to get a little cooler in the evenings. Saying that I'm used to the weather here but you'd probably find it pleasant at night! Have a great stay here!

76mm average rainfall, 7 hours sun a day, max temp 25C, minimum 19C, humidity 66%.

It can stay in the 80´s ( 25 c) until the end of september... So bring summer clothes and something light for the night time. ( Like a sweater)...

Take care..

Hot with a bit of not so hot.

You won't need your Polar ice jacket anyways...

September is usually a good month to visit Barcelona and surroundings, as temperatures are not that high anymore. Also good for swimming, sightseeing and more.

Have a good time in Spain
