Hi, the previous info in incorrect, sorry. The correct way to call from NY to Segovia is to dial:
First dial prefix for international calls 011
then is 34 - prefix for Spain
prefix Segovia - 921
Hence:
011 (34) 921 + local number
From Segovia to NY
first dial prefix for international calls 07
second US prefix 01
next NY state area code is 212 or 200 there are quite many area code numbers for New York state but 212 is the main and works for all the state of New York and NY city included
So dial:
07 (01) 212 + local NY number
