Nowadays, with international import-export, there isn't much that cannot be found world over...
One thing I have never seen here in Spain, (in all my 35 years of living here) is Concord grape jelly! Nor Goober jelly..
Nor skewers for corn on the cob (I just had friends bring me some when they came to visit).
I suppose if I sat and thought for several hours I'd think of more things, but just off the top of my head, that's all!
P.S. I can find cranberry sauce... and cranberry juice... |

Peanut Butter - you can find some stuff that says it's peanut butter at some stores, but if you really love your Jif, Skippy or Reece's PB cups, bring them from home....
Even if you can go to a specialty store and manage to find it, it will be a lot more expensive. |
