When I think of PRODUCTS of Sevilla I first think of Tobacco. While not WORLD famous for this, within Spain they had one of the country's largest tobacco factories ("Fábrica de Tabacos" - called "Royal Tobacco Factory" in English), built around 1757. Now it's occupied by the University of Sevilla.

"The Tobacco Factory of Seville was constructed between 1728 and 1771 by Sebastián Van der Bocht. Over the main entrance, the triangular facade ends in a statue of La Fama (fame).

"The tobacco factory was then the largest industrial building in Spain. A monopoly assured high income, which is reflected in the factory's architecture and surrounding gardens. Its chapel and prison complement the main building." - http://www.sevilla5.com/monuments/universidad.html

Seville is also well known for olive and olive oil products. The GOYA FOODS company's SPAIN headquarters is based in Seville, http://www.goya.com/english/ . I could buy Goya olives and olive oil in Columbus, Ohio before moving to Spain and these products came from the Seville area.

P.S. Valencia is much more famous for their oranges than Seville.

Many of the the streets of Sevilla are lined with Orange trees. The Seville orange is their most famous product, used for orange preserve and marmalade, but too bitter to eat raw. Some of the parks have skips for the park cleaners to throw windfall oranges into-there are thousands of oranges. Seville is also famous for a dance called The Sevilliana, which has spread all over Spain. You can find videos of Sevillianas on the internet,eg on YouTube. Flamenco music and dance are very strong there. Various gestures in the dance have particular meanings,so you need to do a proper course in Sevilliana or you could make a complete fool of yourself. Seville also has the largest Spring Fair (Feria) in Europe, with more than a thousand marquees, and nine days of fun and festivities. You would need to book a hotel months in advance if you wish to visit.Visitors come from all over the world.Seville is a beautiful city, very welcoming, and a great place to learn some Spanish, because most people there speak good English and will help you out if you get stuck.

Oranges. They make a lovely perfume from the orange blossoms, called Agua de Sevilla.

tile work there is outstanding...but, you know, if you are doing this for homework, shouldn't you, maybe, do a little research on your own?
